For 8 years two French scholars, Sibylle de Laurens and Pascaline Morincome did an extensive research project about early EZTV, in cooperation with the Kandinsky Library, Centre Pompidou, Their focus was largely the narrative, cinema-style work that was being created at EZTV. At the conclusion of their research, they asked Michael J. Masucci to augment their research by adding a long-form essay focusing on the concurrent digital art that was also being produced and exhibited at early EZTV.  This goes through most of the early history.
